Accessibility
Over the past few years Hotel Russell has
undergone many changes that have improved services for all our
guests. Included in these upgrades were the addition of accessible
rooms on various levels of the hotel and the inclusion of
accessible toilets on our ground level. We have added such things
as pull chords, vibrating pillows and other useful amenities that
help to make your stay a little easier.
Due to the age of the building and the designs
of the Victorian era we have so far been unable to amend the front
entrance to include a ramp. We know that this does cause problems
in accessing this beautiful building so in our drive for
improvement we do have a stair climber and trained staff to
assist guests as well as a call point for attention outside the
main entrance.
Our team receive regular training on assisting
guests with accessibility issues and are here to deliver a personal
service.
